Neymar suffers fractured metatarsal

PSG have confirmed that star player Neymar has suffered a fractured metatarsal and a sprained ankle. The Brazil international was stretchered off in tears after rolling his ankle following a challenge from Bouna Sarr which left him fearing his season would be over. 
Following the injury confirmation, Neymar will be expected to miss the Champions League return leg against the reigning European Champions next week, but should recover before the end of the season and the World Cup.

Neymar could be a doubt for Brazil's international friendlies against Russia and Germany in late March.
